Agreeing to these terms is part of the registration process

a. I aware of the Club’s Child Protection & Welfare Policy and my responsibilities as a Parent or Guardian.

b. I consent to the photographing/videoing and to the publication of images of the proposed Player(s) I have registered but only in relation to their involvement in Rugby Union Football, in accordance with the Rugby Football Union’s Child Protection & Best Practice Guidelines. I confirm that I am legally entitled to give this consent.

c. I confirm that the proposed Player(s) I have registered are not under a court order of any kind.

d. I authorise, in my absence, any appointed Club coach to take appropriate action in the event of injury or accident involving the proposed Player(s)I have registered.

e. I agree that the proposed player(s0 I have registered may play or train up an age group as allowed under RFU Regulation 15.
