3. The 200 Club shall be administered by an Executive Committee (appointed by the Board of East Grinstead Rugby Football Club Limited), one of whom shall be elected by the Executive Committee to act as Treasurer and be responsible for keeping the accounts of the 200 Club and arranging payment of the prizes.

4. Membership of the 200 Club will be restricted to 200 but this number may be reviewed by the 200 Club’s Executive Committee from time to time.

5. Each Member of the 200 Club must be 18 years of age or more and may purchase as many tickets as he or she wishes.

6. Membership of the 200 Club shall be accorded on receipt of a completed Regular Payment for a monthly subscription of £5 or multiple thereof. Each Member shall be allocated a Number and a register of Members shall be maintained.

7. Subscriptions paid to the 200 Club shall be held in a separate bank account to be used solely for the 200 Club’s purposes, and any transactions on this account will be signed for in accordance with the bank mandate for East Grinstead Rugby Football Club Limited. Any profits earned by the 200 Club shall be donated to East Grinstead Rugby Football Club Limited.

8. The 200 Club shall be run on an annual basis, commencing in September, but membership may be taken out at any time during the year.

9. Draws will take place monthly in the presence of at least two Club officers. The result of each draw shall be posted on the 200 Club’s website and notice board in the Clubhouse and prize winners shall be notified in writing and payment by cheque shall be made by the 200 Club’s Treasurer to their last known address as soon as possible after each draw.

10. Not less than 50% of the total subscriptions shall constitute the prize fund but the precise amounts of the prizes shall be fixed by the Executive Committee.

11. If, at any time, the membership of the 200 Club is less than 200, the prizes will be reduced accordingly, but the ratio of the prize fund to subscriptions shall not be affected.

12. The accounts of the 200 Club shall be audited annually.

13. The signing of a 200 Club Regular Payment mandate indicates acceptance of these Rules.

14. The Rules of the 200 Club may be changed from time to time. Any such changes must be agreed by the Board of East Grinstead Rugby Football Club Limited.

15. The decision of the Executive Committee on any matter concerning the running of the 200 Club which may require adjudication shall be final.
