EAST GRINSTEAD RFC

The Under 5 age group is for girls and boys who have started school in Reception/Early Years (aged 4 on or before 31st August).

We train at the club on Sunday mornings from 09:30 to 10:30 with the Under 6 group and the emphasis at this age is on having fun with friends, in a safe environment, whilst learning rugby-based skills playing age grade tag rugby.
