The club is committed to providing rugby playing opportunities for men of all ages and abilities. We run 2 senior men’s teams, 1 vets team, social adult touch rugby and a 7’s teams.

You are more than welcome to join in with the two training sessions a week, Tuesday & Thursday evenings, from 7.30pm-9.00pm - or perhaps give Social Touch a go (also on a Tuesday night).

What we offer to our playing members

The club offers physiotherapy support the coaching team will include a highly experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach. Players will have the opportunity to be provided with a tailored fitness programme, as well as gaining a professional standard of training at East Grinstead RFC with brand new S&C equipment.

Our members will also be able to access a variety of club and senior rugby social events. The club hosts a number of professional guest coaches and guest speakers to further enhance our learning and enrich the experience of our members.
