The club is committed to providing rugby playing opportunities for women of all ages and abilities, age (18+).

We run one senior women's rugby team and offer both competitive & social rugby.

With excellent facilities, an experienced coaching group, tailored fitness programmes, physiotherapy support and professional guest coach sessions to enhance learning, we are committed in providing players with a fun and challenging performance pathway. We would love you to join us!

Training days
Tuesdays - 7.30pm - 9.00pm
Thursdays - 7.30pm-8.45pm

East Grinstead RFC, Saint Hill Road, East Grinstead, RH19 4JU. Matches are played on a Sunday.
