Based in the heart of Sussex, the club run a combined U17 / U18 group and have a long history of growing grass roots rugby and developing talented players to an international level.

Last playing season the Colts development squad were in sight of winning both Premiership and Cup titles in our unfinished season, an amazing achievement. The club coach a competitive side, whilst giving everyone a good opportunity to develop their game, enjoy the rugby and the time spent with their team-mates.

East Grinstead RFC support all aspects of rugby union through innovation, dedication and leadership and have excellent facilities and professional guest coach sessions to enhance learning. The club are committed to their players and were immensely proud to see recent club selections for Sussex RFU, the Irish Exiles and the England Rugby reserve squad. So, whether you have experience or are totally new to the game, we would love to hear from you.
