Senior Rugby

EG 2nd XV play in Counties 3 Sussex - Level 9.

The 2nd XV play a competitive standard that supports players that are developing their skills or wishing to slow down a bit!

We are committed to provide rugby playing opportunities for men of all ages and abilities. We run 3 senior men’s teams, touch rugby and 7’s teams.

We run two training sessions a week alongside the 1st XV, on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, from 7.30pm-9.00pm at East Grinstead RFC, Saint Hill Road, East Grinstead, RH19 4JU. Matches are played on a Saturday. If you want to start playing or get back into playing rugby then come along and train with us.

East Grinstead RFC are used to bringing new talent into their squads and have a great induction process. With excellent facilities, an experienced coaching group, tailored fitness programmes and professional guest coach sessions to enhance learning, we are committed in providing players with a fun and challenging performance pathway.

The club also offers physiotherapy support, specialist Strength and Conditioning coaching and a professional set up on game day. We also have the majority of our games covered with a Matchday photographer and Matchday filming using our Veo camera.
