The club is committed to providing rugby playing opportunities for men of all ages and abilities. We run 2 senior men’s teams, touch rugby and 7’s teams.

The Men’s 1st XV are focused on developing performance and aspiring to play a higher standard of competition.

The club are used to bringing new talent into their squads and have a great induction process. With excellent facilities, an experienced coaching group, tailored fitness programmes and professional guest coach sessions to enhance learning, we are committed in providing players with a fun and challenging performance pathway.

We run two training sessions a week, Tuesday & Thursday evenings, from 7.30pm-9.00pm at East Grinstead RFC, Saint Hill Road, East Grinstead, RH19 4JU. Matches are played on a Saturday.

The club also offers physiotherapy support and the coaching team will include a highly experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach. Our home matches are Live Streamed which can be found on www.egrfctv.com
