Rumour has it that a few old faces will be present - It will be 43 years on March 7 since EGRFC won the Sussex Cup, so it would be great to see as many past and present players at the lunch, together with partners, to celebrate 'glory days', and to support the current 1st XV in their crucial match with Cobham in their penultimate league fixture. Our 2’s are also in action as they host Horsham!

Those of you who have eaten with us this season know how good the quality of the food has been, our new caterers receiving rave reviews from all. I have had a sneak preview of the menu which will be something like, Homemade smoked salmon pate, Pan fried chicken with baby plum tomatoes, cream and parmesan sauce, crispy potatoes and seasonal vegetables. We also have a Vegetable rosti basket on offer, rounded off with cheese and biscuits. All this for an incredible £27.50!!

Unfortunately, we have been rather let down recently with seats booked that are not then taken on the day.
