Important information for all our members...

Most of you are aware that the RFU have been gradually moving player registration onto their Game Management System (GMS). The 2024/25 season will be the first, where to play rugby for any club, whatever your age, you will need to be fully registered in the GMS system. Even if you think you are registered in GMS, it is vital that you make sure your email and other information is up to date, or you will not be eligible for selection.

We have taken the opportunity, to avoid you all having to register twice on two different platforms, to move our complete membership away from our web provider (Pitchero - GoCardless), where you currently pay your membership, and onto the GMS system. This includes our social and touch rugby members.

To complete your move and new membership, you need to follow these steps:
1) Cancel your old direct debit with your bank.
2) Log into your GMS account or create a new account (See below).
3) Make sure your details, especially your email, are correct and up to date.
4) Purchase your new relevant membership.

To log into the East Grinstead RFC section of GMS, follow this link: https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Dashboard/Organisation/2470
If you have an account, log in and make sure your details are fully up to date by clicking ‘Edit’ at the top right. If not, create an account.

When your details are up to date, click on ‘Buy Membership’, click the membership that you require, fill out your banking details and you are ready for next season! If you wish to take advantage of paying monthly, you MUST complete your entry by Midnight on 30th September. After this time only full payment will be available. You will not be eligible to play without completing these steps.

If you are struggling, here is a short video to help you set up a new GMS account: GMS - How to..
