The directors of EGRFC would welcome your attendance to the Annual General Meeting to be held in the main club room on Friday July 12th starting at 8pm sharp.

The current board, Chair, Vice-Chair, Hon Treasurer, Hon Secretary and Director will all stand down at this AGM and stand for re-election by club members. All members of the current board are willing to continue in their positions but we welcome anyone coming forward to take on a role at the club and as such, if any member wishes to stand for one of these positions can they please inform Derek Hughes, the club president by email (djhughes2519@gmail.com) of their intention to stand and details of their proposer and seconder.
