Please book by sending an email to events@egrfc.com, calling the office on 01342 322338 and asking for Julie or alternatively go to the Ticket Tailor link provided for each lunch and book there.

Please book by the Wednesday evening before the lunch, as final number must go to the caterers on Thursday morning.

Please remember if you book seats, or tables, you are responsible for the payment. We strongly suggest you only book for yourself or guests you know will honour their place.

The caterers need to know if there are any food allergies or preferences. Please state these when making a booking. If there are food allergies, we strongly recommend booking via Ticket Tailor, so we have a record.

Let us know of any seating preferences.

Finally, NO SHOWS will be invoiced for the lunch and payment is expected.
