Gs Colts continued their development  programme with a convincing win over Bognor. 

Despite playing with a man short which limited their attacking potential Gs controlled the game with continuous attacks and firm defence when required. Their first score came after a number of attack phases created an opening for Chris Carey who burst through the Bognor defence to score.

Gs maintained territorial advantage eventually winning a 5 metre scrum from which No 8 Ruari Andrews forced his way over the Bognor line. With Ben Swadling converting both tries Gs had a 14 nil half time lead. 

Gs continued to control the game against a determined Bognor side and completed the scoring as Andrews broke from a scrum and with a smart inside pass to Swadling who switched inside from fly half and stormed through the resulting gap in the Bognor defence.

Many of the players are showing major improvements in the development programme especially lock Sam Bateman who was awarded man of the match.
