The Training Lab @ Gs opens on 13 Feb, this new and exciting facilitiy for the community.
Yesterday's England win against Scotland 13-6 that earned them their first Six Nations win at Murrayfield since 2004, was supported by The Training Lab pitchside (see the BBC Sport).

SHOUT TO THE MASSES: The 1st ever Training Lab weekly podcast is being recorded tomorrow Sat 21st Jan 12 and will go live, BUT we need our fans to pose us some questions.
We need 3 questions on anything S&C, nutrition, training and health related to be answered by Andy/Ben after we chat about the developing gym and have some general banter.
